Australia Travel Plans With “The Bachelor” Star Jason Mesnick
KIRKLAND, Wash.—(November 11, 2011) — With the winter chill upon us and the Southern Hemisphere beckoning, Jason Mesnick, packed his bags and headed to Australia for 14 days. Now, he’s back and ready to share his ideas for the perfect warm-weather way to escape the chilly U.S. winter.
Since completing runs on both “The Bachelorette” and “The Bachelor” and returning to a less-public life, Mesnick has followed his passion for travel and joined Down Under Answers, a travel wholesale group based in his hometown outside Seattle.
Mesnick’s travels included a stop at the Southern Ocean Lodge, a luxury resort on Kangaroo Island; then it was off to Tasmania to take in the much talked-about Museum of Old and New Art in Hobart. While in Tasmania, he took short hikes around Cradle Mountain Lodge, saw Launceston and experienced a “Wine Glass to Wine Glass” Tour in Freycinet National Park, then historic Port Arthur, one of history’s most notorious convict sites.
Jason Mesnick is available for interview by phone and can be made available via satellite.
